This site pack is designed to work as a static, dependency-free website. By default, it does not require user accounts, login, cookies, or form submissions.
1. Scope
This Privacy Policy explains how privacy should be handled for AI Agent Library static pages, generated files, repository resources, schemas, examples, knowledge-base folders, and contribution workflows.
If this site is deployed with analytics, forms, CRM integrations, affiliate tracking, comments, embedded widgets, or third-party scripts, those services may collect additional information according to their own privacy policies.
2. Information collected by the static site
The generated static site files do not intentionally collect personal information by themselves. Static HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSON, and Markdown files can be viewed without creating an account or submitting personal information.
Basic server, hosting, or CDN logs may be collected by the hosting provider, such as Vercel, GitHub Pages, Cloudflare, or another deployment platform.
3. Information you may choose to provide
If forms, contribution workflows, issue templates, partner intake pages, or contact links are added, you may choose to provide information such as your name, email, company, website, role, resource submission, or message.
- GitHub issues or pull requests may be public.
- Form submissions may be stored by the form provider or connected CRM.
- Partner applications may include business contact details.
- Comments or submissions may be reviewed by maintainers.
4. Do not submit sensitive data
Do not submit confidential, regulated, or sensitive data through public issues, examples, forms, comments, prompts, or repository files.
- Do not submit API keys, passwords, tokens, or private credentials.
- Do not submit unredacted bank statements, tax returns, credit reports, or legal documents.
- Do not submit private customer, borrower, client, or partner data.
- Do not submit confidential pricing, underwriting, or provider backend details.
- Do not submit protected health information or regulated personal information.
5. Third-party platforms
AI Agent Library may link to or reference external platforms, including GitHub, Vercel, OpenAI, Notion, Google Workspace, HubSpot, Airtable, Stripe, n8n, Claude, Gemini, and other tools.
When you interact with a third-party platform, that platform may collect and process data under its own privacy policy, terms, and account settings.
6. Analytics and tracking
This starter site does not require analytics. If analytics are added later, disclose the analytics provider, what is tracked, and how users can manage their preferences where applicable.
| Feature | Default in this pack | Disclosure needed if added |
|---|---|---|
| Analytics | Not required | Provider, event types, retention, opt-out options |
| Forms | Placeholder links only | Submission destination, CRM usage, retention |
| Affiliate tracking | Placeholder links only | Tracking method, compensation disclosure, third-party policies |
| Embedded tools | Not required | Provider, data sent, login/account requirements |
7. User submissions and contributions
Contributions may include agents, skills, schemas, prompt packs, examples, templates, or static pages. Submissions should use synthetic, redacted, or public-safe information.
Public repository contributions may remain visible even after they are closed, merged, archived, or superseded.
8. Data retention
Static site files do not store personal data by themselves. Data retention depends on the systems you connect, such as GitHub, form providers, analytics tools, CRMs, email platforms, or hosting logs.
If you operate a production deployment, document retention rules for form submissions, partner applications, analytics events, CRM records, and issue submissions.
9. Security
Use reasonable security practices when operating this library or deploying derived pages. Keep secrets outside public repos, use environment variables for private configuration, restrict write access, and review third-party integrations.
10. Updates
This policy should be updated if the site adds forms, analytics, login, payments, affiliate tracking, embedded agents, CRM syncs, or other data-collecting features.
